Why rent a limousine or book a car service? There are so many reasons to rent a limo or to inquire about a car service in Houston. From group events such as parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and weddings to special events like concerts, the rodeo, ……
When entering into an agreement with any limousine service, you should always ask the following questions:
What are your hours of operation?
We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for transportation services. Our Booking hours are M-F 6:30am-9:30pm, Sat-Sun 9am-11pm
When renting a limo, when do my hours begin and end?
Your time starts when our driver picks you up (at the previously agreed upon time), and ends when the driver returns the vehicle to the garage – so from pick up to the garage.
Do you have overtime charges?
Overtime charges are quoted when hourly rates are quoted. These fees are in addition to normal, hourly rates. Please inquire when requesting a quote/reservation.
Can we pick up at multiple places? Drop Off?
When renting vehicles for block hours, we can pick up and drop off at multiple locations. For TRANSFERS – $25 fee per extra pick up/drop off.
Can I come see the limo / pictures?
We have more detailed photos upon request. Some vehicles will be available for physical previews.
Is there a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required and is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip. Within 24 hours we will refund half of the deposit, and within 12hours, we will refund 15%. Less than 12 hours will result in a per case basis for refunds.
Is a ten-passenger limo big enough for ten people? Depends…………..
A 10 passenger limo will fit 8-9 fully grown adults comfortably. Men+Women will usually fit 10 fine.
Do you charge by the hour or by the package?
We have BOTH hourly rates and package deals depending on the time of day, season and type of transportation service needed.
What is the minimum number of hours I can rent your car or limo for?
Our minimum rental is 2 hours.
How do I pay? Do you accept all major credit cards and can I prepay?
We accept all major credit cards and require a deposit for first time customers. You CAN prepay all services including driver tip.
What is your alcohol policy?
We cannot legally sell alcohol in the vehicles. BYOB for legal aged 21+ with valid identification is acceptable.
What is your food policy?
Food/Beverages will be allowed in vehicles during transportation services; however, we will require an additional $100 deposit for any cleaning services associated with spills/damages resulting from food.
What is your age policy? Can people under 18 RENT a limo? Can people under 18/21 ride WITHOUT supervision?
Passengers under the age of 18 will not be allowed to book a reservation without parental consent as well as a credit card. Additionally, no alcohol will be allowed in the vehicle if passengers are under 21 years of age.
What is your smoking policy? Do you have smoke-free cars/limos?
All Houston VIP Limos are smoke-free vehicles.
What are gratuity suggestions for the driver? We do not have a particular gratuity policy; however, for certain occasions (prom, graduation, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties) there is a required minimum for gratuity?
Gratuity is included in the fair quoted. Tipping is optional.
How do I go about canceling or changing my reservation?
Please try to cancel/change reservations 48 hours before booking. Within 12-24 hours, cancellations become difficult because vehicles are prepared and drivers are scheduled.
Does your company provide booster seats for children?
At this time, we currently do not provide booster seats for children.
Do you suggest restaurants or nite-clubs?
We can provide restaurant bookings/reservations as well as night-club bookings and reservations.
